- Q: How long does an estimate take? A: Typically between 30 minutes and an hour-and-a-half, depending on the size and intricacy of the project.
- Q: Are you insured? A: Yes. We have $3M liability insurance and WSIB for our workers.
- Q: Do you paint on weekends? A: Yes. We can book your project at a time that works with your schedule depending on your availability and our production timeline.
- Q: Can you paint in the winter. A: Yes for interior* low or "zero" VOC products only if the space is to be occupied within the same two-three day period. No for exterior.
- Q: Is a deposit required? A: Yes, we require an 18% material deposit to confirm booking. This is a non-refundable deposit. Any deposit returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Q: What are accepted methods of payment? A: Debit, Credit, Cash*, or through EFT for commercial clients. *When paying cash you are still paying HST on the project cost, and an invoice receipt will be provided.
